Make sure you put enough gas in your Zipcar. A premium vehicle will require more fuel. To claim reimbursement, keep the receipt once you are finished.
Zipcar gas cards can only be used if you have a $50 debit or credit card. Zipcar cards cannot be used at gas stations unless they have been redeemed at the pump. Before paying for gas you will need to input your zip code.
How to return a Car
You need to be able to safely return your Zipcar rental. Make sure to return the key to your glove box. Insert the bullet-shaped, key fob into this slot. Once the key is in, a small green LED will light up. This will indicate that the rental period is over. Next, make sure you check your belongings inside the vehicle. Make sure you are careful because some vehicles don’t automatically turn on when the ignition switch is turned off.
Also, make sure to lock your Zipcar doors after each use. Do not leave the Zipcar unattended. If you leave the car unattended, you may be charged a late charge. This fee can reach up to $50

How to get a Refund
Zipcar customer service can be reached to request a refund if you have any problems with your booking. However, you must submit your request within 30 days of your original booking date. You must attach a photo to your receipt for them to verify the details.
It's easy to cancel a Zipcar subscription. You will need to log in to your account and supply your driver’s license. After that, wait for the cancellation process to take place. Cancellations made within 30 days may be eligible for partial or full refunds. If you cancel after this time, however, you won't be eligible for a refund.
