Avis' ridiculous fuel service fee is probably something you already know if you rent a car. It's an insane amount of money and one you shouldn’t ever have to pay. We've all done it, and we've all been frustrated by it. We asked employees for an explanation, and they said that they had "forgotten" to include it.
